Senior executive responsible for conceiving, building and leading the People and Culture function across a large developing network of Jewish schools across Europe, including design of scalable people systems; leadership of network-wide people and culture strategy; serving as a member of executive leadership; leading multinational recruitment for leadership, teaching and professional roles; planning phased workforce growth aligned to enrolment and operational demand; design of market-competitive remuneration and benefits packages based on local labor markets; supporting longevity and retention of high-quality staff; building and sustaining a strong, values-led organizational culture; fostering collaboration and connection across multinational teams; leading staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives; oversight of training, professional learning and upskilling; implementing goal-setting and performance management frameworks; standardizing contracts and HR policies; ensuring compliance with local employment law, working with local legal professionals.

Leadership of the organization’s overall resource development strategy, including optimization and oversight of the Moves Management process, employment of data analytics to guide and inform strategic planning, and ensuring that all elements of donor management, stewardship and fundraising execution are aligned to achieve revenue goals. The position combines senior strategic leadership, in depth data analysis, and management of senior fundraising directors, working in close partnership with organizational and RD department leadership.
