Mikum Consulting is an Israeli recruitment firm that offers recruitment services to NGOs and businesses. We specialize in the nonprofit sector, primarily in senior management, leadership and fundraising personnel, finding great candidates to meet your management, leadership, resource development, marketing, finance and PR needs.
CEO
Gila Weinberg, CEO of Mikum Consulting, has been an HR executive and consultant in Israel for over a decade. Gila’s broad background in human resources, resource development, and management has granted her an insider’s understanding of the needs of nonprofits and businesses and the various roles that employees fill in a successful organization or company.

Mikum offers comprehensive recruitment services that accompany the client NGO or business leadership all the way from formulating the job description to selecting the right candidate.
Our candidate search includes utilizing our extensive inhouse database, targeted advertising, direct head- hunting and professional candidate selection and screening to ensure that the client receives a high quality pool of candidates that fit the position requirements and salary expectations.
Fees
The placement fee for a
part-time, freelance, or consultant position:
One month's gross salary scaled to 100% employment + VAT
The placement fee for a
full-time position:
One month's gross salary + VAT
Our services are free of charge for jobseekers. Recruitment fees are billed to the employer.
*Mikum does not fill development roles that are based on a percentage system
